XCF Global Inc. has begun selling renewable diesel from its New Rise Renewables Reno facility to Tartan Oil LLC, marking a step toward commercial revenue generation at the renewable fuels facility.
The sales are expected to support Tartan Oil's renewable fuels offerings for commercial customers and expand access to lower-carbon fuel options for fleets in hard-to-decarbonize transportation segments.
New Rise Renewables Reno expects deliveries to continue and plans to increase volumes as production progresses toward its nameplate capacity of 38 million gallons per year.
The Reno facility began producing renewable fuels in July 2026 following a period of upgrades. Also in July, XCF Global executed a commercial framework with BGN covering feedstock supply, production, logistics and commercialization.
The sales to Tartan Oil highlight the role downstream distribution partners can play in bringing renewable fuels to commercial transportation customers. Renewable diesel can be used as a drop-in substitute for fossil diesel in existing diesel engines and infrastructure.
XCF Global is an emerging U.S.-based producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel.
