XCF Global Inc. has begun producing renewable fuels at its New Rise Renewables Reno facility in Nevada, marking a key milestone as the company moves from commissioning activities toward commercial operations.
Initial production is focused on renewable diesel while the company continues standard commissioning and restart sequencing. XCF said the facility is operating consistently as systems are brought online and optimized, with production throughput expected to increase gradually under normal operating conditions.
The company expects the facility to begin generating revenue from renewable fuel sales as production ramps up.
XCF said it completed upgrades and due diligence at the Reno facility to improve fuel yields, increase operating efficiency and support safe, reliable performance before restarting production.
The company plans to transition the facility to sustainable aviation fuel production as part of its long-term strategy to expand SAF supply. XCF said recent progress reflects the successful completion of key commissioning and restart milestones and positions the facility for continued production growth.
New Rise Reno is XCF's flagship production facility and has a permitted nameplate capacity of 38 million gallons per year. The company said the facility is intended to support its strategy of expanding domestic low carbon fuel production and increasing sustainable aviation fuel availability across North America.
