Registration is Open and the Countdown is On

It’s that time of year again: Registration is officially open for GEAPS Exchange, the premier gathering for professionals in the grain and grain processing industries. Whether you are brand new to the conference or returning to reconnect with colleagues and suppliers, Exchange 2026 promises a full agenda of innovation, networking and hands-on learning to expand knowledge and make lasting connections.
Here are five things to know as you make your plans:
5. Circle the Dates and Mark the Map
GEAPS Exchange 2026 will take place February 21-24 in Kansas City, MO at the Kansas City Convention Center. As a center of agriculture, transportation and processing activity, this is the place to be to connect, share insights and shape the future of our industries.
Bob Horvat, Cargill, serves as GEAPS International President and has attended GEAPS Exchange for many years.
“GEAPS Exchange is one of the best examples of bringing people together. Each year, the event continues to grow in size and in impact,” said Horvat. “It’s where ideas are shared, partnerships are formed, and friendships are strengthened. Exchange is not simply about equipment or technology – it’s about people learning from one another and advancing together.”
There’s something for everyone at this must-attend event. Join us as early as Saturday for registration open followed by The Mixer – a special welcome for first-time and international attendees – and the Get Acquainted Party in the evening. Sunday morning kicks off with the keynote and Idea Exchange before the show floor opens for the first time. Monday and Tuesday deliver full days filled with education and more time in the Expo Hall. The agenda is packed with opportunities to learn, collaborate and source new solutions.
4. Where Business Gets Done: Networking in the Expo Hall
The Expo Hall is where equipment, innovation and expertise come together. More than 400 exhibitors will showcase new technologies, products and services designed to enhance safety, productivity and sustainability across grain handling and processing operations. From material handling and maintenance solutions to safety equipment and automation tools, attendees will be able to explore a wide range of advancements tailored to facility needs.
Networking happens naturally with multiple refreshment breaks built directly into the show schedule. Lunch is also provided in the Expo Hall, creating uninterrupted time to visit booths, ask questions, compare options and build relationships with suppliers and peers.
After back-to-back record-breaking years, the GEAPS Exchange 2026 exhibitor lineup is following the upward trend. Booths are assigned as first come, first served, and space is filling quickly. Companies interested in sharing their brand must act quickly. Visit geaps.com/exchange/exhibitors/ to view exhibitor booth availability.
3. Education Designed for Every Role
Education remains a cornerstone of GEAPS Exchange, and this year’s program is organized around five core tracks: processing, grain operations, safety, maintenance and employee development. Attendees will have access to a variety of session formats presented by knowledgeable and experienced speakers, ensuring they can sharpen skills, gain valuable insights and stay current on the industry’s trending topics.
The education program kicks off with Captain Jack Becker, a former U.S. Navy fighter pilot, as the keynote presenter. Jack delivers action-packed lessons of fighter pilot combat missions to instill a culture of continual improvement. His simple and repeatable model helps teams perform at higher levels by building upon successes and avoiding repeated mistakes.
Live demonstrations on the show floor further enhance the learning experience. The Grain Entrapment Rescue Demonstration returns as a crowd favorite, offering a realistic look at emergency response readiness.
New to the session lineup this year is the Electrical Hazard Demonstration: WATT Could Go Wrong? presented by Evergy. The demo focuses on the hazards of electricity and how to stay safe when working near overhead and underground lines. It features live hazardous electrical scenarios using a 7,200-volt demonstration trailer.
2. Go All-In with the Full Access Pass
The Full Access Pass is designed for those who want the complete Exchange experience. It includes admission to all education sessions over three full days, the keynote, the Idea Exchange, unlimited Expo Hall access, as well as admission to the Get Acquainted Party and closing Music Bingo event.
